We booked on the 22nd and 23rd December 2023. We were well welcomed by Njabulo who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. Then came evening with a new lady in the front desk who sucks at her job, we called and even went to her in-person twice complaining about the aircon remote in our room and she ignored our complaint flat. We had a terrible night of heat. We had to open the balcony door for cool air. Very disappointing. Secondly, one can not sit on the balcony, it has spider web and bird poop. The table and chairs are filthy, curtains are torn and smell of dust, bathroom door doesn't close, side lamp doesn't work. I'm very disappointed. Rooms: Dirty Rooms: 1 Location: 5
