We went for lunch on Christmas Day. The menu had therefore been prepared for that occasion. So, elegant and refined environment, courteous, competent and truly passionate staff about the work they do. The menu prepared for Christmas Day was of rare refinement, from the welcome cocktail to the sweets made by them, through to the various delicacies that made up the menu. Personally, due to the work I have done in the past, I believe I have a good knowledge, at an international level, of what a gala lunch should be like having taken part in the work at the European Commission and in all the capitals of the European Union. I must say that the overall management of the lunch and the dishes prepared would not have disfigured at all, on the contrary, if compared with the numerous official lunches in which I took part. Truly many congratulations and best wishes for prosperity. Obviously going back is certainly a must given the extraordinary experience.
