I enter this bar and I see 2 signs that say ALL our pastas are vegan and lactose free. As a vegan I'm very happy to be able to take any option, but to be safe I ask and actually the options weren't exactly ALL. However, after the waitress assured me that the pistachio cream was also vegan, I take a pistachio shell. I return a second time, but this time they tell me that none of their creams are vegan and in the end what I could have had was a very banal pasta with jam. This is an unacceptable lack of professionalism, because I don't know what I ate as the employees contradict each other every time and don't actually know what they are offering to the customer. I ate a pasta thinking it was vegan and in the end it probably wasn't even. For me it was a terribly negative experience, as well as dangerous for people who are intolerant or sensitive to some ingredients. At least for the sake of consistency you should remove the sign that says that all the pastries are vegan and lactose-free, because it is misleading and dangerous if you then fill the desserts with creams containing milk and eggs.
