Hi Megan, sorry for your bad experience but the way you were treating our staff was unacceptable and we won’t be taking your orders in the future either. We saw the video and we did everything correctly and sent everything to you. If the driver from third company didn’t give you the full order, that’s obviously not our fault therefore the correct step is to contact Uber and demand your money backfrom them not us.Thank you for trying us out and next time you target another small family business and you want your money back, don’t use a third party company.
