I felt robbed. I paid 8.5 eur perticket to watch Bluey's movie and it was not a movie, but just 3 episodes of Bluey in a raw. The same episodes I can watch from home in Netflix. After the movie I went to the bar and the experience got worse, the waiter complained to me because my 2 kids were playing and clients were disturbed by their 'loud' voices. It's unacceptable that in a place were you bring kids to watch movies you cannot even have a coffee after that with them. Kids apparently are not welcome

The Bluey screening was a compilation of existing episodes, which was mentioned in the event description on our website. We host these screenings because many families enjoy seeing their favourite characters on the big screen and turning it into a fun day out together. We’re sorry if this wasn’t what you expected. Children are absolutely welcome at Natlab, we genuinely enjoy having families with us. At the same time, our café is a shared space where other guests may be relaxing or working, so our team sometimes has to gently ask for a lower volume to keep things comfortable for everyone. We’re sorry if the way this was communicated made you feel that kids weren’t welcome, that was certainly not our intention. We hope to welcome you and your family again soon and to give you a much better experience next time.

Very nice historical place full of atmosphere. Once the prestigious Philips Physics Laboratory (Natuurkundig Laboratorium), it served as the birthplace of revolutionary inventions like the CD, the cassette tape, and radio technology, even hosting lectures by Albert Einstein. Today, it has been transformed into a modern creative center that honors its industrial heritage while serving as a meeting point for film, art, and technology. Hence, I started my own Philips career right here :) The place has been turner into a nice cinema, restaurant location. Art house and documentary style movies. Very nice. The restaurant offers a nice selection of food. We had lunch here with a sandwich and tea. The sandwich was big, offering good value for money. Tranquil vibe. I will come back again.

Horrible experience with the customer services and online ticket purchase. I have made a payment, didn't receive my tickets, and can't receive my money back for a week. I called them fourth time today -first time I explained the situation nothing has been done, second and third time no response, and the last time is today, and the person on the phone was rude and implying that I made a mistake. I sent the payment screenshot and it is already there that I made a payment and she can't find my name on the system, but hey, it is highly possible that it's my bad rather than natlab. This attitude and receiving money without providing ticket can be considered as fraud, and still they say "I contact finance department, I HOPE you can get your money back." yeah, let's hope that, otherwise there might be a court letter coming due to this fraud.
