During our day visit to Innsbruck we felt like pizza and thought we'd go to an Italian restaurant. From a distance we could see the Italian flag and read the words Pizzeria Napoli. Since Innsbruck is only about an hour away from the Italian border, we were very excited about the pizza. It quickly became clear that the owners are not Italian at all. The whole thing was a bit misleading, but basically not that bad as long as the food tasted good. The decor of the restaurant was rather rustic, but that didn't bother us. Basically you had the feeling of being in a snack pizzeria or a pizza bar. This was reinforced because we had to take the drinks from the fridge that was next to our table. The staff was consistently friendly, courteous and helpful. The topping was OK, but the dough wasn't to our liking at all. It was so thin and flabby in the middle that it could almost be described as raw. Almost crumbly at the edge. You couldn't cut the pizza properly or even hold a piece in your hand because it folded over immediately. Overall, rather disappointing and not recommended in my opinion. Maybe we were just unlucky.
