On Monday evening I bought 2 Full Chickens from Nando's along with 2 sides and I have to say that both Chickens were dry burnt and had no taste whatsoever and I'm not sure if the chicken was old as well cause my son had a stomach bug and had to be taken to the Emergency center at Mediclinic later that evening, I then decided to call them that same evening and the person who I spoke to on the phone had forwarded me to the complaints department and the person who I was speaking to from the complaints department told me that it has nothing to do with them because it's specifically directed to Nando's Scottsville, he then asked to take down my number so he can ask the manager at Nando's Scottsville to give me a call and my son al till today I haven't received any call from the manager this shows a lack of responsibility from the manager and very poor service from Nando's Scottsville, and in saying that I will make sure I do no more business with you and I will alert those close to me of the deficient service I have received from your store.
