D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine africaine et portugaise est plutôt bonne. Vous pouvez commander un poulet grillé délectable. Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce restaurant car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Nando's Menlyn Mall est connu pour une atmosphère plaisante. Mais ce lieu a été classé en dessous de la moyenne par Google.

I am beyond disappointed! I ordered through the app for delivery at 17:20, which was set to be delivered around 18:05. At 18:45 there was no update on the food, so I had to call the nandos helpline, where I was then informed that my food had been ready and waiting the whole time. There was a thunderstorm so it's completely understandable that no drivers were able to go out, but the lack of communication is what upset me. After then getting in touch with the store I offered to come collect the food myself, after which I only received my food at 19:30 (2 HOURS AFTER I ORDERED!). The manager was apologetic and gave me fresh chips, but the rest of my order was still cold and soggy. Again, the lack of communication is the whole issue as I could've gone to collect it as soon as it was ready if someone had just thought to call me and say they can't deliver. I also still paid for the delivery fee and parking, which is only R25 but the principle remains that I've lost that money due to incompetence. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 2 Service: 1
