Very convenient to use the drive through. Atmosphere for a sit-down meal is pleasant. Great service and tasty food! Dietary restrictions: Works well for vegetarian and halal. Not likely to be ordering from this location again. We placed an order for delivery online, and waited over an hour to receive any tracking information. We then placed an online ticket and called when no helpful communication was forthcoming from Nando's Corlett Drive Thru. Once we got through to Nando's, we were informed that there had been a problem with the online ordering system, and that the order was now going to be prepared. This had to be a lie, as the food we received shortly thereafter was cold and the driver told us a half-baked story about someone having a transport issue, implying that the order had been out for delivery for some time. I phoned the Nandos call center to place a complaint about this experience; however the line was terrible and the operator took my number, assuring me he would call us back. So far no call has been forthcoming, and I am not expecting to receive one. This situation could have been handled so much better with honesty and transparency. Not impressed at all. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 150–200
