Horrible service, I paid for my quarter chicken and wedges order at 12:19pm and I only received it at 13:07. It can’t take 48 minutes to prepare a quarter chicken and wedges. People who arrived after me received their orders first before me, I had to go and enquire about my food. I found out that they haven’t prepared it yet. They started preparing it after my enquiry and I had to wait for more time. They told me that they accidentally set aside my receipt and they did not load it on the system. It was not even peak time, they often manage with day time lunch orders. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: R 50–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

The Nando's at Brooklyn sqaure does not take the meals seriously. The peri tato salad was dry and very stale. As if it had slept overnight. The quarter chicken leg was very tiny in comparison to the portions I am used to being servesld, and it was extremely dry! No sauce whatsoever. Nando's in general serves amazing and delicious food. But Nando's Brooklyn Sqaure in Pretoria disappointed me especially considering that I bought there for the very first time.
