One star because less is not possible. I strongly advise against this evening's experience. Choosing to eat all you can it, initially the 'hot' courses arrived, four out of twelve courses (limit of each order, double courses having ordered another while waiting hoping to get us 'noticed'). We waited three quarters of an hour, despite having pointed out the delay to the staff, until one more course arrived. Tired of having eaten only five courses in an hour and a half, we went to the cashier to ask to cancel the rest and leave. I expected an apology from the owner and above all that she would come to our attention about the price to pay, which didn't happen! Having proposed paying for the dishes à la carte, it was pointed out to us that we would have spent more for a portion of edamame, wakame seaweed, 4 pieces. of tempura prawns, 6 mini rolls of salmon and some sashimi. Incredulous at the lack of understanding, we decided to leave and pay €45.00 (a measly €10.00 discount). I understand the room was full but it wouldn't have cost anything to pass by the tables and apologize for the wait, we would have appreciated the gesture. I will not go to them again although it was not the first time this evening but certainly the last! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

One star because you can't do less. After sitting down and ordering edamame, wakame, tempura and various sashimi, we only received the first three things listed above and then total nothing. We continued to order but nothing ever arrived and after waiting about 1 hour for the previous courses we went to the cashier and the owner wanted to make us pay full price for the all you can eat anyway!!!! We expected a little understanding and respect towards the customer but unfortunately this was not the case. After pointing out the mistakes they had made, we received a paltry €10 discount while still paying €45 for 2 people who went out with practically empty stomachs. I don't know who made me keep calm and behave like a gentleman while still paying the amount indicated above. Unfortunately or fortunately I was taught to be too polite, courteous and respectful of whoever is doing the job. But I must say that I struggled to keep those who were there at the table with me at dinner from willingly pursuing the issue. I strongly advise against it!!
