Quelle expérience ! Un régal, une expérience parfaite, un service agréable, chaque plat, tasse, sous plat est unique (le lieu est aussi dédié à la poterie). Le soir, un menu unique végétarien ou viande au choix, avec des classiques coréens revisités et sublimés ! Un service chaleureux et souriant, un énorme succès !
Excellent restaurant coréen en face du Musée du judaïsme. Accueil et service +++. Très bons plats et desserts originaux (cheesecake au sésame). Déco chaleureuse et très belle expo de sculptures coréennes.
There were two of us and we chose the veggie and fish menu. I have to say that it was a real pleasure to get a glimpse of real Korean food culture. About the ambience: Seeing different ceramics made by the boss herself upstairs - which are of course also used for the food - is just great. We went upstairs between the aisles and were able to take a look at it in peace. Regarding the service: I don't think we've ever been served so kindly. She was warm, could tell us and advise us about everything and you could see that she really wanted to do that. In general, the NaNum seems very friendly and familiar. Simply inviting. To eat: (It should be noted that tastes vary) The food was just one thing: exciting. Beautiful new tastes that are not common in Germany. Dry age fish, for example, simply thrilled me. However, there are small points of criticism: There were courses that simply lacked a little in terms of complexity or intensity. Flamed asparagus with sesame salt and sesame sauce is good in itself, but the components generally have a very flat taste and are one-dimensional. A spiciness to enhance it or something in the direction of umami would have been appropriate. Even when I greeted you from the kitchen, I didn't need a rice cracker. Otherwise we had nice fish chips or algae chips with garlic stalks and fermented quince. The rice cracker basically sucks away any flavor. In other areas, some dishes lacked finesse, but of course these are just small things and should not be seen as a complaint, as it is of course cooking at a high level.
