Never seen worst customer service and very very very POOR chef skills, I ordered carlzone, when delivery bring me my order, I did spoted how delivery man was holding my box with carlzone, fliping arround (imagine whats happening with food inside), allso together with carlzone i pay 4 euros for 1,5 liter of fanta orange, restaurant send me coca cola insted... When I opened the box, carlzone was looking really not nice (Flat), I was ready to ignore everything, as I expect food taste will be amazing, not everything what looks bad is not tasty too. I cut carlzone in half, wegetables: paprika, onions, looks like stright away from garden ( not cocked and even cold) (restaurant is 900m away from my house) Mushrooms: not cocked, just thin layer (for nice look probably).... My next step was: complaint by phone call. I called to restaurant NOOR and asked for manager on duty, man who was speaking with me in English ( it was man with Turkish dialect) i explained everything for him in a calm and nice voise tone... After ~ 3 sec of silence . He told me: WHAT DO YOU WANT? ( voise tone was really nice and calm ).. I told him that we need to find soluttion for my concerns, because im not happy with quality. and probably i will Ask my money back.. This man who named him self manager on duty told me: in really Agresive and strong voise tone: fu*k your mother, fu*k your mother, fu*k your mother, come here if you want, come here... And this was the end of our conversation .... It happened on 2018-02-10.Latter on 21:28 i received Email from thuisbezorgd.nl that my order can not be delivered ( as it was delivered ) probably restaurant made a request for refund... Im SHOCKED...
