D'après les commentaires des clients, la cuisine internationale est plutôt bonne. Faites l'expérience de goûter un soupe à la tomate savoureux. Ce restaurant offre un dessert à la banane délicieux. Beaucoup de visiteurs commandent un prosecco délicieux. Un café immense vous attend dans NOA Restaurant.
L'atmosphère chaleureuse de ce lieu fait que les visiteurs se sentent bien et passent un bon temps. Un personnel instruit attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Si vous voulez profiter d'un service sympa, vous devriez aller à cet endroit. Il est connu comme un endroit avec un décor beau. Ce restaurant a obtenu le Bib Gourmand pour ses délicieux repas à un prix modéré.

We were two people at NOA Chef's Hall Our check was 700+ for dinner. We were left hungry. Portions are very small: ~1-2 tablespoons in size. If you want to eat deliciously and leave full, you don't need to go to NOA Chef's Hall. Don't fall for marketing tricks. But if you still want to go, I don’t recommend ordering “Golden” caviar. Uv. The administration, before Michelin and before the renovation, was better. I would like you to fulfill your function - to feed. Low score because after leaving the establishment we wanted to go get some more food :) Price per person: €100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Our dinner at Noa chef's hall was a mix of highs and lows. Let's start with the highs. One of the most memorable aspects was the sunset view while we were enjoying an apéritif in a separate room. This golden hour was an excellent start to the evening. The beautifully plated dishes also stood out; each dish was a work of art, showing meticulous attention to presentation. I loved it! I also appreciated the unique tea pairing, which added a refreshing twist to the dining experience. It was a very strong point of the menu. The staff was friendly and attentive. However (here we go with the lows) , while the food was undeniably good, it felt it was too "safe" for a Michelin starred restaurant. There were no bold or surprising flavors, and the associated wine pairings, though appropriate, didn’t bring anything new to the table. I had hoped for more creativity or innovation, especially given the restaurant's price point. Another point of disappointment was the lack of focus on sustainability. The restaurant aimed to recreate traditional Estonian dishes, but many of the ingredients were sourced from far-off places like Japanese Hokkaido. This not only raised questions about authenticity but also detracted from a potential emphasis on local, seasonal sourcing. The interior was just fine, quite dark. The neighboring Noa restaurant actually looked far more cosier. In conclusion, food was good, but just good and a little bit too expensive for the whole experience. High-end ingredients might justify it. However, more authenticity and more sourcing of local products could be a game changer.
