An Unforgettable Omakase Experience Our omakase dinner was nothing short of extraordinary. Each course was a work of art - beautifully presented, exquisitely balanced, and crafted with such intention that we found ourselves rating our favorite dishes. The level of culinary skill, creativity, and care was evident in every bite. The meal was so generous and satisfying that we couldn't quite finish one of the dishes. We took it home, fully expecting to reheat it the next day, but we ended up eating the gyoza cold, straight from the fridge, and it was still absolutely delicious. That alone says everything about the quality of the food. Beyond the flavors and artistry, the warmth of the experience truly stood out. The hospitality made the evening feel personal and special, and we left not only blissfully full but genuinely delighted. We even bought t-shirts to commemorate what was easily one of the best dining experiences we've had. Ormai è la quinta volta che mangio da Nida e posso dire che è il ristorante giapponese migliore a cui sia mai stato in Italia. Il personale è molto cordiale ed è un piacere osservare lo chef dietro al bancone. Consigliatissimo.
