After we found out there is a ramen restaurant around here, we naturally had to try it out. The service was quick and friendly, the menu offers 5 different types of ramen and some starters. The yakitori was very good and actually one of the best I've had in a while outside of Japan. The ramen was also very tasty, with nice chashu, although it didn't exactly taste like classic tonkotsu. Specialize in ramen and some appetizers. The vegetarian version is not particularly rich in vegetables, the spaghetti used as pasta is not particularly tasty (personal opinion). The other diners probably appreciated their ramen more than mine, perhaps because it was more classic. The service was kind and friendly. Sake not available at the end of the meal, milk not available to correct a diner's coffee... in effect a lack in a not so extensive menu, perhaps because at the end and without other guests I had the impression that they wanted to speed up the end dinner.... An environment full of Hokusai-themed canvases and prints, appreciable. To be reviewed. A wonderful and cozy place for ramen lovers! The chef skillfully combines ingredients and creates a selection to suit different tastes. I come back every time I come to Varese and have tried almost every type of ramen. Each visit is inspired by the choice (last time there was an excellent fish ramen), and the warm atmosphere and friendly staff make each visit even more enjoyable!
