Un personnel décontracté attend les clients tout au long de l'année. Un service à ce lieu est spectaculaire. Vous trouverez une atmosphère exotique ici. Mais les utilisateurs de Google n'ont pas donné une note élevée à cet endroit.

Chef Express is a laughably bad name for this place. The service here has to be the worst I’ve ever experienced. I ordered some pizza from the Alice Pizza stand, which the Chef Express staff were also manning. It was taking quite a while, which I thought was strange because the other locations that I’ve been to heat the pizza very quickly. When I asked how long it would take, the staff member who had originally taken my order didn’t speak English, which is fine, so someone else took over. When I asked them how long it would take, they told me I’d have to order the pizza which I explained I had already done. Then they told me I still needed to pay for it, and I explained I’d already done that. Then they questioned when I’d ordered it, as if I was being impatient. Then the original staff member checked the oven and it was burnt to a crisp. I was told one minute. No apology. They put some more in. Then the wait began again. Guess what! They forgot it again and the entire process repeated itself, resulting in a sad burned pizza. This time the staff member looked at me as though I might accept it, which was pretty insulting. I asked for a refund and they don’t do refunds apparently. A huge argument ensued amongst multiple staff. No one was communicating with me. They kept saying I couldn’t have a refund. I kept telling them they burned the pizza twice and I had no food. Everyone kept yelling at each other. Do I need to mention that I have a flight to catch?? It was the craziest experience I’ve ever had at a food establishment. Finally one member of staff gave me a refund, thank god. Then someone wanted the receipt back and I finally got to leave, without any food. Thanks Milan! What a way to say goodbye. Wow. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
