Used to love this establishment, but now they have changed the format, and now you cannot order food yourself at the counter, but you have to sit down and wait for the waiter to come to you, who may not come to you for 40-45 minutes, if there are many people, as I have already had, and instead the person downstairs at the cash register does not actually do anything. Yesterday was an unpleasant situation in general, because we came in the evening, wanted to sit for a while on the outside terrace, at the cash register, as usual, we did not accept the order, they sent us to sit down and wait for the waiter - no one came to us until 20 minutes, I already went in, saw that near there are 2 waitresses standing at the cash register, they say to themselves, I asked someone to come to us, and they say: we are closing the summer terrace in 10 minutes, we will take away the chairs (although there are still 40 minutes until closing time), so can you go and sit down on the 2nd floor, otherwise we will not serve you. I was shocked, because already during the time that we came and waited for someone to come to us, we would have made an order at the counter a long time ago and everything would have been prepared for us and we would have left satisfied, but with this format, we never did ate, went from there to another establishment, where we were greeted warmly and served quickly and well. In general, the impression is that Mushli employees do not want to work and do everything possible to make it uncomfortable for you to stay and eat here, so that they do not have too much work. A very unpleasant impression from such a service. It is a pity that this establishment has deteriorated so much, I hope the owners are aware of this problem.
