I'm extremely disappointed to share that my recent visit to M&G at Galleria was marred by a disturbing encounter with cockroaches. Within 30 seconds of sitting down, I spotted not one, but two cockroaches scurrying around. Unfortunately, this is my second experience with cockroaches at this location within a span of just two months. As someone who frequently works from restaurants, I appreciate the convenience of M&G's location. However, the persistence of this pest control issue is unacceptable. I hope the management takes immediate action to address this problem and ensures a cleaner, healthier environment for customers. Had a nice time with the family. Highly recommended to families everywhere Six star service from Mpume. Welcomed us with a warm heart and warming smile. Never knew Mugg & bean had bottomless Hot chocolate but with her service we came out fully satisfied.
