Hi Jessica,Apologies on the disappointment you had today. This is not what we aim for; indeed known for our quality and hygiene. We have some new team members and I strongly believe lack of attention to details could have been the root cause behind the subs not being as per request. We will definitely look in to this and retrain the team members accordingly. I believe there has been a confusion on the BB date of milk. As per the standards milk is good till the BB before date on it and it would have got removed from the shelf tonight.Regardless we would be happy to cater you again to make it right and redo the same order with correct specifications. Once again we do appreciate your feedback as it always help us to improve.
