“I stopped by Mr. Sub today and was really impressed! The subs were fresh, packed with toppings, and the bread was super soft. The staff were friendly and quick, even during the lunch rush. Great value for the price—definitely my new go-to spot for a tasty, satisfying meal.”. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I would not go to this mister sub whatsoever first and foremost My subs were made incorrectly when I asked for them to be remade. I was told that I would only be entitled to two subs, even though I ordered through Uber Eats for a pick up and it was a buy one get one I then had to argue with the employee and then explain to the owner that I’m not getting my refund through Uber Eats that they have already accepted the order so they needed to fix the order. It was long in drawn out. I was then told that this is my fault and so forth it is very disgusting that this is how it is it just seems like these food services are no longer owned by even Canadians and it’s an ongoing issue. Customer service is not the strong suit of the people that owned this Mr. sub I highly avoid it and go somewhere like maybe Stoney Creek where you would find one that’s locally owned. They did not want to ultimately remake my order nor give me back my money we have to thank our liberal government for this type of behaviour. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40

I'm responding in response from my girlfriends review "Hayley" and "Mr.Subs" response.I tried contacting "Mr.Sub" on the Mr.Sub via contact on the website with an email 3 times and received no response. Even after their apology on here still no response.
