The nicest staff, so I feel absolutely terrible. However, don’t go at lunch time. They need to hire more staff to help them. I waited my entire lunch break in line for my meal and had no time to eat. That’s a half an hour lunch break, spent half (at least) in line. In addition, the workers were screaming “hey google” every few minutes and the google device would repeat “I don’t understand”. So much chaos. They are using google as a timer instead of a normal timer and it just feels unprofessional. Your staff need help so please do not blame them. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

Absolutely exceptional experience! The food was great and divine. The staff were incredibly helpful and were very friendly. Being in the lockdown, many people don't tend to go out for food these days, instead they order from home (nothing wrong with that). But let me tell you, this place was refreshing! The quality of the vegetable and ingredients made every single bite heavenly! I've always had Mr.Sub growing up as a kid. My father used to bring it for my brother and I when I was 5. After the main location near my house closed in Richmond Hill. Mr. Sub never tasted the same, no matter how many locations I went to. After 25+ years, this has to be the best Mr. Sub I've ever had. I always come back for more!! I raved about it so much to my family that the next day I came to pickup 6 12" Subs (true story). I wanted to thank the staff for making me reminisce of the times I used to have and for providing such a high quality product made with love and care. I wish the best for everyone at the Mr. Sub Aurora location! Thank you :)
