First time at Mr. Jack's. My burger was amazing! Definitely will be back to try other things. My fries were cold to the touch, but still tasted good! Hopefully my next visit the fries will be hot. Other than that, no complaints!

I ordered the chicken strips with Fries. Portions were large and it was real chicken breast but way overdone. Fries were hand cut and not as fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. Dont think I will be back. 2 stars for service.

Ordered Spaghetti bolognaise - it was horrible and it went in the trash. It was so highly spiced with unknown spices, that literally burned my mouth and throat! There is NOTHING in the food description that says it was spicy. The taste was very odd for spaghetti that left a disgusting flavor for a long time after and I only had 2 bites. It looked like it was going to be fine, but OMG that was not the case. Worst I have ever had! Not to mention spicy food should be labeled as it poses a health risk for those of us who may have health issues eating spice. Never again! If I could put zero stars I would.
