It's really a shame to eat well in a place where you don't feel welcome. Unfortunately the service was poor, both in terms of organization and promptness and attention to the customer's request; that little bit more was enough to make the evening more pleasant (including avoiding the waiters speaking badly about my table). Noting from the other reviews where the owner responds in kind to criticisms that can honestly be welcomed as constructive, I don't really want to go back, given that this fact further aggravates the discomfort experienced. This job revolves around interpersonal relationships and unfortunately that's what disappointed me most of all. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Large and pleasant environment, really good food, from pizzas to sandwiches, compliments to the kitchen. Unfortunately, the real sore point is first and foremost the quality of the service, very slow and inattentive waiters regarding the management of table cleaning, but fortunately never arrogant or rude. Secondly we come to the owner with whom, and I regret it, we had a rather heated exchange of opinions regarding payment methods. I won't dwell on who might be right or not, I'm interested in shedding light on the fact that not being able to accept criticism (whether constructive or not) is a very serious shortcoming on the part of someone who boasts such a long career in contact with the paying public. Reviews given to the place as a whole receive arrogant, mocking and above all responses directed at the individual person who is reviewing. Unfortunately, dear owner, assuming a lack of intelligence and childishness of the customer who reviews does not highlight the customer's shortcomings per se but rather your intellectual paucity and worrying immaturity in accepting opinions different from yours. I would work hard on it, believe me, it will be worth it, especially for your place which we remember is a wonderful sailing ship but with a mediocre captain.
