First visit was impressed with the variety. Was able to accommodate everyone including gluten and vegan diets. I recently dined at the moxies in Newmarket for New Year’s Eve! and I was incredibly impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness of the manager, Ashley! Her presence made a noticeable difference in the overall dining experience. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the managers and the rest of the staff were committed to ensuring every guest felt welcome and valued. They greeted customers warmly, checked in on tables throughout the evening, and addressed any questions or concerns with genuine care. What stood out the most was their ability to handle a busy evening with grace and efficiency. Despite the crowd, the restaurant ran smoothly, and every staff member seemed well-coordinated and motivated, which I believe speaks to the manager’s excellent leadership. When a minor issue arose with my meal, the manager personally came over to apologize and immediately resolved it. Their professionalism and dedication to guest satisfaction were truly commendable. Overall, Ashley elevated my dining experience, and I left feeling valued as a customer. Their passion for hospitality is evident, and I will definitely be returning to Moxies Newmarket Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
