As regards the glass, we always pay close attention to detail to make each visit a pleasant and relaxing moment but, in some cases, for practical reasons, we prefer to personalize the choices. In the case of the Margarita, our decision to use a different glass is linked to the desire to offer a better experience: the sombrero glass, being larger, tends to make the cocktail heat up faster, compromising its freshness and taste.
