Supper last night at Montanas South Common, big disappointment, never saw the server after she delivered our food. No drink refills, wasn't sure she knew we were there, even had a LONG wait for the bill! Meal portions looked like kids meal. Won't be back.

Supper at Montana's tonight. Staff are quick to seat us and take our drink orders. All you can eat shrimp and chicken fajitas for the table. Served with wraps, peppers, onions, sour cream, Salsa, lettuce, cheese, and tomatoes. Flavors are less than expected, chicken is black/burnt, shrimp is over cooked and loaded with garlic. Plates are refillable, second serving is half the size of the first but staff keep trying to bring more.
Service was great through our entire meal, it's a shame flavors were not of the same quality.

I went to this location with a friend of mine on March 7 , 2017 in the late afternoon. It was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had to date. When we first walked in there was no staff visible, couldn't see or hear anybody and for a moment we almost thought they weren't open. There was a couple of guys waiting in front of us that eventually seated themselves and after a minute or so more of waiting we did the same. We had enough time to look over the menu and talk about what we wanted to order before the waitress appeared around the corner. After briefly speaking to the 2 guys that had been waiting before us she came over to our booth and addressed us with "just so you know it's not self-seating", no introduction, didnt ask us how we were doing, nothing. My friend went on to explain that we had seated ourselves because there was no hostess when we had arrived and we hadn't seen anybody within our range of sight to get their attention to seat us but was interrupted by the waitress who's only response was that she had looked for us twice and hadn't seen us. She was very curt and her tone of voice and word choice made it come off as though she was blaming us. Needless to say my friend and I were stunned when she went on to ask us what we wanted to order for drinks with the same dismissive tone. Both being shocked at her service we ordered drinks and as soon as she had left we looked at each other and voiced that we would pay for the drinks and then leave. Moments later she returned with our soft drinks in beer glasses, not the usual mason jars that is so iconic to Montanas, and promptly spilled my diet Pepsi all over the table, floor, bench as well as my lap and wallet. I got an "oh sorry" before having napkins thrown onto the table and being left to clean up the spill that was dripping everywhere in our booth. I wasn't asked if I was ok, if my belongings were damaged or get any offer to help clean up myself or the booth. She then returned with another diet Pepsi in another beer glass and another "sorry" and that is when I asked to speak to the manager on duty. When the manager came over to our booth he believed he was doing damage control on a drink spill, of which I quickly made it clear that I had wanted to speak to him before the soft drink incident and that we had wanted to leave the restaurant before our drink order had been taken. I then explained to him how we were treated by the waitress, of whom we still don't even know her name, and that I wanted to make it clear to him that I wasn't upset about the spill but rather how it was handled and the complete lack of customer service from the moment we walked in. He was very professional and told us not to worry about the drinks, offered to dry clean my clothes and asked whether we wanted to be waited on by another employee. Naturally we said we were still leaving, I needed to change and the restaurants appeal had been ruined by that point.
I would caution anybody planning on going to this establishment. Personally I would never tolerate that treatment and especially not when I'm paying.
