Today, we had a fantastic breakfast at Monday's Plant Café, where the owner’s warm hospitality made the experience even better. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Mondays Plant Café in Calgary is a true gem! The atmosphere is incredibly inviting, with a cozy, modern vibe and plenty of greenery that makes you feel right at home. It’s the perfect spot to unwind or catch up with friends especially if you are looking for a healthy meal. We tried the kale salad and rainbow pad thai, and both were outstanding. The kale salad was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor, while the rainbow pad thai was a colorful and delicious mix of veggies with just the right amount of spice from the peanut sauce. The presentation of both dishes was beautiful, showing the care and attention to detail that goes into their food. The staff were also fantastic—super friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Whether you’re a plant-based eater or just looking to try something new, Mondays Plant Café is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next visit to Calgary and explore more of their menu!
