I love this neighborhood bakery. They have great baked goods and hot table foods and a good espresso bar. Nice and homey, I have yet to have a bad item here. All the pastries are perfectly crisp, bread perfectly soft and/or crisp depends on which one you are buying. They even make panettones in house that are available without pre-order! The staff are super friendly and helpful. Although once on a weekend, a cashier charged me wrong. It was an honest mistake, but she waved me off like it was nothing. I did not understand exactly in the moment, but after examining my receipt it appears something had been mistakenly scanned twice. Customer service resolved it immediately after I went back and informed them. However, I found the dismissive attitude of the first interaction to be off-putting. The cashier told me "oh, that's wrong" but she put the payment through anyway and literally waved her hand to wave me off when I was about to inquire. For that one interaction I gave their service 4 stars. Other than that one incident I found their service to be exemplary, but feel they must address small issues. But I highly recommend visiting this place. other than the pastries, I also find their fried chicken to be delicious and a great deal for the price. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

We’ve been coming here for years, an oakville local and well loved bakery. Go early and get your hands on the freshest and yummiest breads and cakes in all the town. Try their fresh juices, cakes, tiramisu- our family’s favourite. The staff if ever so kind and welcoming. Look anywhere, buy any freshly made item and you will be disappointed Food: 5 Service: 5

Great Bakery been going for over 25 years. I wish they still made those large sausage rolls. But they don't, still the best place in town for just about anything to do with eating but especially bread. Ready to eat hot meals are so fresh and delicious and the coffee, wow just wow. No wonder I keep going back. Sure miss them Sausage rolls though.
