Bonne ambiance, nourriture variée. Un peu plus cher que les autres restaurants aux alentours mais ça reste raisonnable. Conseil du jour : la truite de 400g servi sans la tête.

Shame for Ohrid and for “Restaurant” MoMir If the attitude was even half as good as the location…. We sat down on an almost empty terrace — maybe two or three occupied tables, lunchtime. The waiter didn’t greet us, didn’t smile, just threw the menu on the table and stood silently above us, waiting. My partner asked for a coffee, and the man rudely replied (in broken Macedonian/Albanian): “This is a restaurant. No coffee here.”. He repeated that same sentence over five times, with such arrogance and hostility that we literally felt attacked. We actually came to eat, not just drink coffee, but after such behavior we simply stood up and left. There wasn’t even space to ask why the menu clearly lists Turkish, instant, and espresso coffee. We just looked at each other confused — my partner could’ve easily had a juice, but the waiter’s tone made the whole experience unbearable. Later, I found out that there used to be a small sign above the entrance with a crossed-out coffee cup — but that was last year. Now the sign is gone, yet the arrogance remains. So there’s no sign, no coffee, and no basic manners. The same old printed menus are still there — probably unchanged for years. If you don’t serve coffee, remove it from the menu! It’s not about money, it’s about professionalism. And no — I’m not driving on a highway to read warning signs before entering a restaurant. An absolute shame — for the management, for the staff, and for what should be the pride of Macedonia. Because Ohrid is not just another town — it’s a gem of the Balkans, a sacred and unique place. Yet places like this ruin its image for every visitor. Beautiful location, destroyed by the worst possible attitude. Not recommended to anyone. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
