It's a shame, as a big Mexican foodie, I often came here to eat, it was always extremely tasty and I also really appreciate that all the food is homemade and also the salsas, that a few dishes are really authentic Mexican, but recently I was disappointed and it was not like that anymore. The barbacoa tacos had hardly any seasoning. The tostada was also delicious. Flautas de papa were great, crispy and had great potato filling like in Mexico. The hottest salsa for the cornmeal tacos tasted significantly less spicy, hardly any coriander left, my mole poblano had a very firm consistency and hardly any mole sauce on my plate; Was the stock empty?!... really a shame. The chicken was also very dry. I would have liked a lot more mole sauce! I also miss the hotter homemade salsas, and now I get the impression that Moctezuma Mainz has become very "Europeanized" in terms of taste, which is really sad, people like me who want to eat very spicy like in Mexico also have this need and it It's disappointing that the food now tastes less authentically Mexican, and I would say as good as European. First of all, I won't be coming back and will instead have to go to a city 2 or 3 hours away where you can still eat authentic Mexican food...
