The lady at the till added an extra item I had no knowledge about. When I asked for a refund she said she couldn’t do so because it’s a card payment and she’d have to cover it from her pocket. She pleaded with me to take something else worth the extra item. Then I opted for this iced tea with a weird residue underneath. I didn’t even bother asking because that lady looked so sad and the boss was there. I felt for her. The food I ordered wasn’t that good either. The chicken was quite dry. I wasted my money.
