Sorry that you were so unhappy with your cake. When we spoke by phone I asked you to bring the cake back so I could look into the issues you had brought up, in particular the cake being dry. When you were there I cut a slice and found it to be moist, which caused me some confusion as to why you found it dry. Even the exposed part of the cake where you had cut it the day prior still had some moisture to it. The icing tasted like a bunch of sugar. I’m sorry that it was much too sweet for your taste. While not a lot of people comment on the sweetness of our icing of those that do most say it’s not sweet as opposed to those who do find it sweet. The strawberry buttercream icing we used as the filling for your cake didn’t taste like anything. I didn’t really understand this comment and pointed out the pieces of strawberry in the icing. I’m sorry we weren’t on the same page with your cake and apologize again that you didn’t have a satisfactory product or resolution.
