Les cuisines belge et cuisine italienne créées par un chef grandiose sont merveilleuses à cet endroit. Si vous allez à Mister Spaghetti Oostende, commandez un spaghetti délectable.
Vous aurez de bons souvenirs de ce lieu car il est connu pour avoir un bon service et une équipe aimable, toujours prête à vous aider. Une atmosphère calme a été remarquée par les clients. Mais cet endroit a été classé en dessous de la moyenne par Google.

After previous very successful visits to Mister Spaghetti Oostende, this was a terrible and disappointing experience for us. My brother and I have ordered the sharing formula 'Fancy Pants' in the past. An absolute winner, so we took our parents along this time to try out the sharing formula. When the waiter came to take the order, he indicated that the sharing formula was certainly possible, but that we had to limit ourselves to only 3 different sauces for 4 people. This was no problem for us at all. We therefore had the idea that we would receive 3 jars of sauce per couple + a jar of pasta per person. When the order arrived we only received 3 jars of sauce for 4 people. Unfortunately, this was the same amount of sauce as you would receive per 2. After we all wanted to try the first portion of sauce, we quickly came to the conclusion that there was too little sauce, which was logical since this amount of sauce was exactly the same amount for 2 people. We very kindly indicated this to the waiter (presumably the person in charge of this branch). He immediately indicated that extra sauce was not possible other than the basic sauce. Naturally, we did not agree to this as we knew from previous visits that this amount of sauce was NOT suitable for 4 people. The waiter continued to refuse the extra sauce to the point that I indicated that I was happy to pay extra for it. Suddenly extra sauce was no problem and it was on our table within a minute. After dinner I wanted to pay as quickly as possible. We didn't want to spend a minute too long in the restaurant after this incident. No one was satisfied given the limited amount of sauce. I immediately went to the cash register to pay. I waited here for more than 10 minutes despite making eye contact with the person in charge of the cash register several times. The person in question had a nice chat with the colleagues responsible for the food. After I finally approached the person in question myself, I was finally able to pay. The bill was incorrect in my opinion! I paid 26 euros/person. We were 4 people, which ultimately came to 104 euros just for the formula. The amount of sauces was equal to the amount you get if you order this formula for 2 people. I feel extremely cheated! In my opinion, I paid 52 euros for 2 pots of extra pasta, as the amount of sauce was not suitable for 4 people. Despite the previous positive experiences, this was very decisive for us not to visit Mister Spaghetti again! We would also like to apologize for your experience at Mister Spaghetti and we are doing everything we can to identify the problem and find a solution. After some research it is clear that the 4 person pots are served in the same pots as the 2 person pots, but they are served completely full compared to 2 person pots which are only served half full. In the past, you were most likely given too much sauce for 2 people for the number of people, leading to the conclusion that the sauces did not seem appropriate for your group of 4 people. We also apologize for the long waiting time regarding payment and will ensure that this does not happen again in the future. We hope that you will give Mister Spaghetti another chance to put things right in the future.More
