We went on a Sunday with a group of 10 people. There was only one waiter to serve the entire restaurant. This meant that the food and drink took over an hour to be served. When the food arrived, there was great anticipation. The dishes were beautiful, but when we tried the ceviche and other seafood dishes, there was an excessive taste of lemon and pepper, which completely killed the dish. My fiancée and I paid 77 euros, which is not cheap. Ultimately, we were not satisfied and would not recommend it. The Miraflores was advertised in the "Journal geht aus" on the 5th place with a good description. I was there with a friend in 2016 and we were very disappointed. Now I've given the restaurant another chance based on the journal report. The pisco sour was very tasty, the cevice was unfortunately a thawed fish in cubes, sometimes very chewy to the bite, (still a fairly large portion), too bad. After that I was unfortunately full and had the previously ordered Aji de Gallina packed to take away. According to the menu, this was supposed to be chicken breast strips in a yellow chili, walnut, and parmesan sauce. At home after opening I was really disappointed, because 2 huge pieces of potatoes with rice and 2 half eggs in an almost bland-tasting heavy sauce, from which I could not taste the described walnuts or parmesan in the slightest. The chicken breast strips turned out to be 2-3 thin strips of chicken fiber that disappeared into the thick sauce. If there had been something about potatoes and rice on the menu, I wouldn't have chosen it, but unfortunately not satisfactory either way and I'm a gourmet, usually 4-5 star cuisine.
