I'm not sure who is leaving these rave reviews, but what I bought was, honestly, inedible. I came in on Wednesday for my sons birthday. Got 6 cupcakes and served them the same day, last night. Not only were they extremely dry and hard, but you could taste the indian spices In them as well. I'm not sure how the cross contamination of the spices ended up in the cupcakes, but you could not taste anything past. I wanted to try out a new bakery and found this one with amazing reviews, but was far from impressed. Service: Take out Meal type: Other Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Great tasting and affordable cakes. I came in and they had some in the show case for poor planners such as myself. I opted for the one they were just putting the finishing touches on. Maria's expertise in the kitchen shows in the variety of delicious items available. A universal selection of baked goods produced to the highest degree! The chocolate mousse is to die for! The apple pies are a very close second! For those of us of English ancestry, a "hot cuppa" of Typhoo tea (in a teapot!) is available making for a great lunchtime break! The Minute Bakery is a little treasure hidden in the City of Surrey. Dietary restrictions: Just ask. Maria will gladly answer any and all questions that you have regarding the products available.
