We are in love with this place. So cute and the kids had so much fun. The play area was extremely clean and the people who work there are very attentive. The food was delicious as well as the cappuccinos and coffee. I came here for a private party and I was so impressed with the level of service and the overall experience that I felt compelled to leave a review. The venue was super cute - bright, airy, tastefully furnished with lots of IG-worthy photo-taking spaces. It’s clear that they take sanitation seriously as the place was immaculately clean. The washrooms were spotless. I wanted to call out the exceptional service from the staff. They were very proactive, always checking in to see if they could help with anything, making sure the kids were safe (I forgot to bring nonslip socks for my son and they had some on hand which they offered voluntarily), and ensuring that the place was tidy at all times. They packed up the leftover food and cake into containers with everything labelled. As you can imagine it was hard to gather up the children when it was time to leave and we never felt rushed by the staff. They were super kind and understanding, offering to assist in anyway they can. The food was good and plentiful with lots of drinks options (juice, pop, tea, coffee, water). My family really enjoyed our time at Minido Kids Cafe and will be recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you to the excellent staff for making it such a fun, safe and memorable event.
