I love this hotel so much. I still talk about the rain at the bar and how it shook the whole city. I can't wait to go back to this hotel because I love this city so much so much to do no matter what you like doing. Service: 5

During my visit to Romania between September 16-23, 2024, I stayed at the MINERVA Hotel, which is a 4**** star hotel. My opinion is not positive. The only thing that was wonderful - was the Chinese restaurant, which was in another league. The room (no. 205) we received was not clean, and this is evident both in the cleaning of the carpets, the cleaning of the windows, and even a sock that was there throughout our stay, placed under the table there. Furthermore, our sheets were not changed for four days, until we decided to take all the sheets off the beds and put them on the floor. To our great astonishment, we returned in the evening and were upset to see that they had taken the sheets from the floor and put them back on the beds, for reuse. This is unacceptable, serious, disgraceful and unforgivable in terms of disrespecting the hotel guest. Beyond that, and this is the main thing in which I felt that I "fell" in the trash, when we got into the shower, the basin of the marker was apparently broken in its connection between the basin itself and the floor, and the entire shower was flooded with water, to the point that we had to lay down our towels to absorb, to prevent slipping, I I almost slipped twice. The very next day we went to the reception and complained, they said they would send a person to deal with the issue. When we returned to the room that evening, the leak continued, everything was water. Every day we complained, until on the fifth day of our stay at the hotel, in the morning, before dinner, I raised my voice a little and they took it more seriously and sent a plumber, who saw the problem and told us (and the receptionist) that if the leak continued, we should be evacuated from the room and a complete repair should be done. After breakfast we went up to the room, turned on the water, and of course the problem was not solved. We went down to the receptionist and noted what the plumber said, left the hotel and continued our day. When we returned, before going up to the room, we asked the receptionist what had developed since we left, she picked up the phone and told us that they were indeed moving us to room 109, where we stayed until departure. (By the way, another mother and daughter from Israel stayed there, who also complained about their room and were also moved to room 108, a day before us). The room did not justify the amount we paid for it, even the small vials of shampoo, we gave on the first day and that's it! I do not recommend staying at this hotel! Service: 2
