I purshased a birthday cake from mimmies bakery in pmb for my wifes birthday yesterday after the function the cake was cut an the remainder was put in the fridge for today. This morning when we took it out to have it was off and smelling when i called the store the staff got a rottern attitude.i will not support that store again i had lost R570 plus i had to go from howick. Today when my wife takes the cake back to the store from howick she has just been totally ignored is that how you guys treat customers! A staff member says the cake was not in the fridge i would like to know where u at my place to see the cake was not in the fridge so get ur facts straight before you assume. Pathetic sevice from the staff. We had ordered a cake for pick-up at 3pm and arrived at 4pm to collect the cake only for it to not be ready. They had not even started on the cake and the staff were unprofessional in handling the situation. Appalling behavior from the staff at the bakery in the back. They had made us wait almost an hour for them to finish the cake. I used to be a fan of the bakery but after that service, I do not think I will be shopping there. Absolutely no people skills from any of the staff. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
