With very few options for desserts in the area, when I found myself in need of a sweet fix I was immediately drawn to Miamar Restaurant. Having tried the chocolate soufflé last year and being very satisfied, I was absolutely delighted to find an Australian dessert staple on the menu - PAVLOVA! Whilst it wasn't a traditional pavlova by any means, I was impressed by the creativity, the presentation and (most importantly) the taste! Wine is not served by the glass here, only small bottles.
