Small but cozy restaurant, the service was excellent. The apparently "street food" food hides a very interesting research on the revisitation of Bolognese cuisine, you will find phenomenal fried tortellini. In general all the fried foods are very good, we then took the Bolognese crostini with mortadella mousse, ragù and friggione, all three were impeccable. Even when it comes to desserts you can't go wrong, we ate a chocolate cake, a reinterpretation of the classic tenerina and a creme caramel, fresh and refined in presentation. We will definitely be back. Also the atmosphere of the place is welcoming, with non-invasive background music and very appropriate decorations of the place. Very small but nice place and not too far from the center of Bologna. Excellent for an aperitif with friends, but also worth considering for lunch/dinner. The bread they made was delicious, even better when accompanied by the delicious friggione. The schnitzel sandwich was very dry, while the Bolognese hot dog was good.
