Waited over 30 minutes in line with just three cashiers open—despite the place being packed. Staff showed no urgency, and when a customer asked why more weren’t open, the reply was rude and unprofessional: “You go and open it, we’re understaffed.” To make things worse, there’s a self-checkout area, but it’s locked behind a membership, which in 2025 is ridiculous—especially for a supermarket of this size. With plenty of better options nearby, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Waste of time, poor service, and bad attitude.
