Après avoir visité Plunge! Aquatic Center, venez manger ici. Les visiteurs n'aiment pas prendre un yaourt glacé à Menchie's. Choisissez une table à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Un service énorme est toujours un plaisir. Des plats délicieux à un prix juste sont offerts ici.

Product is disgusting, and no free samples, so how would we even know until after spending $25 for three yogurts? No water fountain, and server seems to hate working there. I asked her very nicely four times in a row how to know what the sugar content was on the various yogurts but she answered the same way every single time. I speak English, just like she does, but there was a huge communication problem as she said all the yogurts have between 19-22 grams of sugar each. I was clearly asking her how one would be able to tell about how much sugar in, let's say, the peach versus the chocolate flavor.
My husband and daughter and I all thought the product tasted fake and like chemicals. Weird, as I've seen this chain in both the USA and in Canada. Who knew it would be so gross in flavor? (Compared to ZoYo and Orange Theory and other frozen yogurt places).
My husband is quite forgiving of customer service issues and is typically the first person to give someone a break -- however, the first two things he said to me after eating his frozen yogurt here was, "Thank you, Menchies; now I know where NOT to go." and then later, "Well, that was a big BUST!"
He and my teenage daughter were both surprisingly as disturbed by the lack of quality and customer service as I was. We came here on 6/6/18 at approximately 6:30 pm. The server gal said they close at 7 pm but the website says they close at 9 pm. Very confusing.

First time at a Menchie's - loved it. Clerk was helpful and the "ice cream" was delicious (I didn't realize it was yogurt until half way through eating it). Would definitely go again.
