Came here for frozen yogurt with my kids and my parents. When we walked in we were instantly greeted by the owner in a rude manner asking us to sanitize our hands before beginning. We did not mind doing that but the way he said it was unprofessional. While we were filling our cups we were stared at the entire time. It was really uncomfortable and unnecessary. We were not eating anything before paying for it. Would not be coming back here again.

Good selection of toppings .. now in plastic containers for your safety. Staff is very friendly. Will have to try a cake from here instead of other places for the next birthday party.

I had my daughter's 8th Birthday at the Whitby location today and I was beyond happy! Hareem and her team were fantastic! Hareem always answered emails, text messages and made it all happen like she promised!
She made sure all the children were always involved and comfortable. Everyone had a great time. . . especially the birthday girl! I highly recommend Menchie's Whitby for birthday parties. . . we were definitely pleased! Thank you again to Hareem and her wonderful team! ????
