Today I visited the institution with a friend on 18.10 (2:30 p.m.). Due to the large influx, there was a queue at the entrance. There was one young man who wanted to pass without queuing, but the worker politely explained to him that everything was within the queue. He said he was going to the restroom, but he actually went to order. The man in line didn't like it and wanted to explain that he left and came in when it was his turn. Employee Alyona (in a white T-shirt) joined this fight. She began to defend that boy who entered without a queue. I understand that this is her acquaintance. But she expressed her displeasure at her husband (despite the fact that he is a military man) that he did something wrong, and that he called security to the boy who behaved inappropriately. My friend and I didn't keep silent either, because that man did everything right. Please management, you are such a big chain, franchise and you allow this. Employees should not single out their acquaintances, if there is a line, then everyone stands within it. I also ask you to pay attention to this employee Alyona, because she should have solved this issue in a different way, and not defend her friend who did not do the right thing. And when everyone around them pointed out to her that her acquaintance and she herself were not being fair to the visitors. She quietly led him out. When everything was resolved, none of the employees apologized to the man who pointed out the problem correctly, and to us, although that guy also did not express himself correctly to us. I think that this is not a normal attitude towards people and towards our Military!!!! And another interesting ending, it’s the fact that it wasn’t with us (because he was nice to us too, and nothing was said to Voyyskogo by the employees! But the employee just went to work, I note, without gloves, she just packed the order (( and when we went outside , then they saw that this young man was already sitting at the table with the order, although he was after us in the queue (correctly) and who brought him that order and how, one can only guess (( I think that people who work in white shirts should know and understand how to solve such situations!!!
