I placed an order via Mr D app for delivery. Wrong food/order was delivered. Phoned McDonald's Springs Mall and advised them. Very friendly and professional lady took my call (didn't get her name unfortunately) . Order was corrected and delivered with no fuss or issues . Same lady phoned back about half an hour later to ensure I received my correct order. This is the way to handle incorrect orders. Even though the incorrect order was initially delivered, the way it was handled and corrected : exceptional service delivery!! Service: Delivery Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: R 150–200 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
