For some reason, McDonald's Lyttelton decided not to work tonight. Pulled up to a closed branch at 21:10pm. Staff inside the shop, but doors are locked and kiosk isn't working. What a disappointment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered and paid for a Hazelnut latte just for them to tell me that they don't have it, I can get the cheaper coffee for the same price. When I asked for a refund they could/ would not refund my money! This establishment won't see me again!
