We are sorry that you experienced these inconveniences during your last visit to us. We take your comments regarding the dishes and the condition of the toilets very seriously and will ensure that we increase our vigilance in these areas. As for the dishes, we are surprised that they were served cold, this is certainly not our standard. As for the cheddar fries, it's a shame they weren't to your liking. Your experience is not representative of the quality we aim to provide. Adjustments will be made to correct these deficiencies.
