Il est facile de trouver McDonald's grâce à son emplacement. Un personnel attentif vous recevra chez ce lieu tout au long l'année. Un service beau est toujours un plaisir. Une atmosphère décontractée est ce que représente cet endroit. Mais ce restaurant n'est pas hautement apprecié par les utilisateurs de Google qui lui donnent une note en dessous de la moyenne.

Disastrous experience at McDonald's in Erba. Empty, dry and inedible sandwich for an exorbitant price. Terrible quality and disappointing service. Never again! I recently visited the McDonald's near Erba, attracted by the promise of a special burger in collaboration with Giallo Zafferano. What I received, however, was a culinary insult that I won't soon forget. Despite paying full price for a menu, what I was served was light years away from any acceptable fast food standard. The sandwich, which should have been the centerpiece of the meal, was a real gastronomic disaster. The first thing I noticed was its desolate emptiness. Opening the sandwich, I was shocked by the amount of empty space staring back at me. It was as if someone had forgotten to include half the ingredients. This lack of substance made the entire sandwich incredibly dry, turning it into a kind of hard-to-swallow bread clog. The bacon, which was supposed to add flavor and texture, was so overcooked that it was almost charred. Instead of being crunchy and flavorful, it was hard and bitter, completely ruining the balance of taste. The shortage of sauce was another glaring issue. A good burger needs just the right amount of seasoning to bind the flavors and soften the bread. In this case, the sauce was virtually absent, further contributing to the overall dryness of the sandwich. The vegetables, which should have added freshness and crunch, were present in such small quantities as to be almost imperceptible. This lack of plant components robbed the sandwich of any texture contrast or fresh flavor. The end result was a burger that could only be described as a sad mass of bread and meat, devoid of any gustatory pleasure. Every bite was a struggle, with the sandwich seeming to resist my attempts to eat it. What makes this experience even more frustrating is the price paid. For the cost of a full menu, you would expect at least a decent and satisfying meal. Instead, I ended up with something I struggled to even call a burger. The lack of attention in preparation is evident and disturbing. How can a restaurant, even a fast food one, serve such a poor product? It is clear that there is a serious lack of quality control and staff training. This experience completely undermined my trust not only in this specific McDonald's, but in the entire chain. If this is the level of quality they offer for a special collaboration, I can't imagine what they normally serve. In conclusion, I absolutely cannot recommend this McDonald's to anyone. My advice? Save your money and your time. There are definitely better options in the Erba area for those looking for a quick but satisfying meal. This restaurant needs a serious overhaul of its quality standards and food preparation practices. Until there are significant improvements, I will absolutely avoid returning and advise everyone to do the same.
