Horrific experience. Sad to say Beacuse I always supported this McDonald's since the time they opened. Firstly they didn't have drinks for the meal and offered me apple juice at my extra cost. The service was terrible and the lady at the window didn't have change apparently and paid me short. The buns were burnt and was completely dry inside. This past Saturday I thought let me go inside and give them one last chance and my cheesy Chilli fries came so dry that I had to order extra cheesy sauce at R6 and asked for extra Jelepino but they charged me a further R6 and added sauce instead and then told me they dont do the actual Jelepino . Food: 1 Service: 1

Yet again, another poor service from this outlet. Was told to wait 4 minutes at the drive thru, but waited 10. Food was cold, and disgusting. Nuggets was old and double fried as the colour was dark. Sad to know that drive tru customers receive such terrible service. Posting this as it is the third time this happened to me.
